Will SW be Manageable on President's Day

I expect it to be crowded, and if we don't arrive till 11am will we be able to get in the park and will it be managable. It's not that important that we see and do everything.

We will be staying at Disney and have a breakfast booked for this morning at 1900 PF. Should I try for a earlier breakfast or go with our scheduled times and hope for the best.
