Sounds wonderful FC! I know you had a great time together. The restaurants can be nearly barren on Holidays such as the 4th, depending on the time of day. During the parades or other fun planned activities, the guests are elsewhere. I've dined in restaurants on property, which were like Ghost towns -- as the guests were either scrambling for seats to view the parade, or to watch the fireworks show (I imagine the 4th is good for both).

I have trouble understanding all the harsh/mean accusations and interrogation questions posed by some posters? The OP merely posted about his date with Perla on the 4th of July. He did not ask for any opinions, and certainly wasn't looking for public approval (Lord knows this is NOT the place to seek that). If you haven't anything nice to say...simply say (or write/post) nothing at all. It's very simple actually--and basic good manners.

But, the harsh...rude and abrasive statements are uncalled for on this forum. FC has the right to post on the DIS, as much as the next person. In the spirit of Disney, you have the right to post "in kind" or merely pass on by. After all, not everyone is a fan of Walt Disney...and many people in life do not visit the parks at all, or support Disney in any manner. Some would even deem EVERYONE posting here a bit weird for visiting this forum AT ALL! Therefore, PLEASE be kind...and look before you leap (think before you post). There but for the grace of God, goes you and I.

Keep on posting FC, I enjoy the photos and happiness you exude!!

Yes I had a great 4th of July That is cool about you being in the Magic Kingdom on the 4th of July I can also say that I was in the Magic Kingdom on the 5th of July since the Magic Kingdom closed at 1:00 a.m.

Actually, the Magic Kingdom was in full swing at 3 AM and closed at 4 AM!!! leaving not much time to get the place spruced up in time for opening back up just a few hours later!

I don't think FC stays on property, so he wouldn't be able to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours. So technically the park did close at 1 am.

Please correct me if I'm wrong on either part.

For resort guests the park was open until 4 am on July 4th. Sorry if I was vague. I just remember having a very rough 5th!! due to lack of sleep!

I'm just curious how it's OKAY for someone to personally attack another poster but it's not ok if someone makes a negative comment towards you.

I personally thought Ludacris' post was....interesting.

Well, when a grown man has a real girlfriend, there are usually some passionate feelings between the two. No one would want you to have those kind of feelings for one of the characters working at the parks. That's why people get so freaked out by your posts. If my husband, for example, would start collecting stuffed animals and visiting costumed Disney folks often to fulfill some fantasy in his head, that might cause some issues in our marriage. Can you understand that?

FC doesn't need defending. If he so chooses, he can post as a man and defend himself. He simply hasn't chosen to post as his "man" persona on this thread.

FC isn't slow or "special needs."

He just sometimes posts as a man and sometimes as a boy, because he considers himself, "a man and a boy."

I never said I loved any disney character like some people love their girlfriend or wife. Also I don't want a girlfriend. Can you understand when someone is for real and when someone is having fun with a cute innocent joke ?

You should be banned for the disboard for using someones DEATH to make fun of me. I can't believe that you can still post here. I made a thread about a woman who lost her child and you took what I said and in a couple other threads ( not this thread ) you took what I said and change the words, because you wanted to make fun of me. What kind of a sick person uses someones DEATH to make fun of someone else !!!!
