Will someone please help us edit this?

I found this DISign, but the person is no longer disigning. I am trying to remove the US Navy- Retired.

I know how to re-personalize it for my family but i can not figure out how to remove something already done.

Or can someone please tell me how to start from scratch?

Hi Mike. I re-created this for you, it's not exact but pretty close I think.
My DH is in the Navy and I was in the Navy too so I'm always looking to make a sailor design.

ETA: Sorry, the left hand salute was bugging me (I know anal right?), had to flip it then I realized I forgot to add the God Bless America part back on so if you want I can add it on.
