Will Soarin make me sick?

I get motion sickness very, very easily. That being said, I feel almost NOTHING on Soarin'. In fact, I went on it 4 times one day at Disneyland. There is only one scene in the movie that causes me to feel motion a very tiny bit - it is when they are swooping down to the golf course (and I heard somewhere that it's Michael Eisner who is hitting the golf ball!) And closing my eyes at that point works perfectly. Please try it once. I hope that you will be happy you did.

I think a good comparison would be an iMax movie - and some of those make me sick. So, I have avoided Soarin' and put my husband - and am working up the nerve to try it. I just don't want to feel sick the rest of the day if I ride. Oh yes, I have to shut my eyes some during Circlevision movies.

Hello! I get motion sick walking and chewing gum at the same time! Ha, Ha! I took a Bonine (Dramamine makes me sick) in the am and had no problem riding Soarin'. It is absolutely my favorite ride. The only thing wrong with it is it's too short. I can't ride roller coasters, motion sim's, TT without paying dearly for hours after. The older I get the worse it is. I have some vertigo thing going on, but if I take Bonine, I am perfect.
Get yourself some, and ride Soarin, you won't regret it!

I am scared of heights and yes it mad me scared the first time I was on it. It felt so real. But I was ok for my second and third, and fourth and ......:lmao: times on the ride, but at first yes!
