Right now PPH is $240 a night for 1/22-26, do the prices go any lower?

I'm sorry. I am not sure I understand your question (and perhaps others are confused too). In effort to get you the answers you are looking for, are you asking:

1) Is there another time of year when prices may be lower?
2) Will prices during 1/22-26 go down from what you are currently getting quoted?

Help us help you. :)

I believe she is asking if anyone thinks for those dates in January, the 22nd-26th, that the prices will go lower? I, for one would like to know this too as my family will be there almost the exact same dates! :)

No, I would not expect them to go any lower. If anything, I think they'll go up as rooms fill, which they still seem to be doing pretty regularly.

I agree with the PPs that it's doubtful, especially with the NAMM convention right around then. The hotel prices actually skyrocket during NAMM. I'm not sure what the dates are this year, but usually right in that zone you're looking for.

Edited to say that I looked up NAMM 2013 and the dates are Jan 24-27, so you ought to grab a decent rate now if you find one, because they will go up as rooms book up.

I think disney will continue to milk the "early entry at DCA" perk if you stay onsite - for at least a year after CL opened. It's working extremely well for them in filling their rooms. So I would highly doubt there will be lower prices.

We were hoping for a good discount for our Nov. trip (two weeks ago) and I finally realized it just wasn't going to happen.

In all honesty $240 is a pretty good price for PPH, so I definitely would not expect them to go lower (unless you get an AP, then you might be able to get it down to $180 or so).

I'd be rapt to get PPH for $240 a night and would grab it straight away!

We are looking to stay at PPH for 3 nights at the beginning of October (our son will turn 7 then, so we want to do an in-room celebration, plus a Surf's Up breakfast) but I haven't seen it below $299 per night, when it is available at all! (Many times I check and it says there is no availability, but then occasionally when I check, there is. I know I probably should book it the next time I can get availability).
