Will Purchases to Resort resume?

What's everyone's thoughts? I convinced my friend to stay on site (now this was 2 years ago, moderate, Aug 2022 now). I told her all the perks and told her it was worth the money. We had the room paid in full (and can't get refund lol).
We all know the amount of the things I promised her has gone way down. Told her about the free transport from airport, extra morning and evening hours, extra early fastpass pickings
and for her the BIG one: that they would take the things we bought back to the hotel for us. She is a shopper, like SHOP. So it was a sell.
Do you think it will come back?

It hasn't been removed from their site,just listed as currently unavailable, so there is hope for it to return. August 2022 is quite a way away and so much is going to change before then. I would just be honest with your friend and tell her, you, like everyone else doesn't know what to expect for sure since many things are changing. I really think they will at least bring back package pick up at the front of the parks but it may take a while due to staffing issues.

Gosh I hope so! I saw the title of the thread and got my hopes up. I know that I have passed on quite a few purchases because I don't want to carry it around. My spend will certainly increase if/when it's offered again.

Oh for sure. I know the amount I would buy will go down. Hers? OMG the amount she would buy (it's her one and only trip) would be equal to a dozen people. But I know she won't carry it either, like I see her just not going to the stores. Sorry for giving you hope, I will see if I can edit title haha
