Will non-expiring days added to MDE be used last?

Hello! I have a question that I cannot find an answer to anywhere, and thought that if anyone might know, it would be someone here! I have just successfully added some old non-expiring park tickets to our MDE/magic bands. We also have new 5-day hoppers on the way to us right now, which I will also add once they arrive. My question is this: Will our non-expiring tickets/days be "used" after all of the expiring tickets? We won't be at WDE long enough to use anything beyond 5 days this trip, but I'm concerned that the "system" may use up the older days first. Has anyone had experience with this particular issue? I haven't called Disney yet, but will gladly do so and report back if I can't find any info here.

Thanks for any input you might be able to offer :)

You need to go to guest services BEFORE entering a park. They need to prioritize your tickets to use the 5 day hopper first.

Thank you for the information! Once I typed in "prioritize tickets," I did find a lot more information. I guess I wasn't using the magic word. Thanks again!

I do not plan to add my one or two days of non-expiring to MDE at all. We will use our 5 day tickets and then wing it with the non-expiring. Won't bother with FP+ those days.

We did because we have a stack of tickets from different trips that all look alike and are becoming increasing hard to keep up with. It's a big relief not having to keep these with us every time we make a trip, which we have done in the past. I didn't even think about the lineup before I did it, I was just excited that the option was there, so very glad to find out that there's a way to work it out. Disney has always been very accommodating and helpful when we have had ticketing issues, so I don't expect that this will be a problem, especially now that I know to pay a little extra attention.

The department your looking for is called Guest Relations, there is one at every park before you go into it so they can fix it up before you use it. Just tell them what order you want the tickets to get used and they will make it happen.

When I found my old ticket from 1999 a few weeks ago in a random box that hadn't been opened in like 10 years or more and I was glad it had said "used" on it in pen. If it didn't say "used" on it I might have wondered if it had been used or not. Only reason I would have questioned it (if it didn't have "used" on it) is because we went again in 2004 and I know we used at least 2 left over tickets from when they were bought in 1999 so it would have been possible for a ticket to have fallen through the cracks back then.
