We will be visiting Universal for a day on the week after Thanksgiving. We're doing both parks in one day since our 2 kids are younger and not as much for them to do at Universal. We're going to hit WWOHP first thing in the morning, staying at Disney, and will fit in whatever we can in the rest of the day.

The new movie comes out on Nov.19th. By the way, a new trailer debuted today for Part 1 of Deathly Hallows, and it is AMAZING!! :worship: Do you think the crowds at WWOHP will be affected by the new movie coming out? Since we'll be there a few weeks after the movie comes out, I'm hoping that it doesn't cause a surge in the number of people visiting as I was hoping the week after Thanksgiving would be fairly quiet. From what I've read it's usually a slow week at the parks, but I'm starting to get a little worried.

Thanks!!!

Ooh we were planning on visiting on the 19th of November :scared1:

Hopefully everyone will be in a cinema !!

more like everyone will be going to the park then hitting up the theater on CityWalk after the park closes...seriously, expect MASSIVE CROWDS!

I seriously doubt the movie's release will have a huge affect on the park crowds since the week of Thanksgiving is usually pretty slow...historically. I would imagine large crowds for the movie but I can't imagine that will translate into massive crowds at the park...especially before Thanksgiving.

I would think all of the hardcore fans would be at the midnight showing of the movie and they would not want to be going to a themepark a few hours later.
