Will new AP holders get MagicBands and access to FP+ immediately?

We will be upgrading 2 day tickets to APs when we visit in April. We have a 1 day WDW onsite reservation and then 6 days offsite. When we upgrade our 2 day tickets to APs at the park, will we be given MagicBands? Will we then have access to FP+ for the remainder of our trip? As it stands now, we've been able to book 2 days worth of FP+ (with our 2 day tickets). Just wondering if we'll be able to book the remaining days when we upgrade to APs. TIA for any help :thumbsup2.

Won't you have magic bands from your one night stay? Just add the annual pass and the MB to your MDE account and you will be able to use them for FP+ and entry to park.

We will have MB from the 1 night stay and we have 2 days of FP+ already booked. I just want to make sure that we'll be able to book additional
FP+ for the remaining days of our vacation once we upgrade our tix to APs.

You most likely will (unless something changes) I have our MB's from a one night stay back in October linked to our MDE account with our AP's and we can book FP+ any time we want.
