Will never use PRESTIGE again!

Last November we used Prestige. We booked them from another Unofficial Disney website. They were late in picking us up. They said that they were stuck in traffic.
Last Monday (3/28) we landed at MCO and guess what, no Prestige again! We tried calling and calling and calling again and just got their voice mail. Left our cell phone # and told them we were waiting and gave them our confirmation #. Still no show and no call! To this day, we are back home and nothing from Prestige. I'm glad that I didn't have to give them my credit card #.

It seems anyone can have a bad experience with any company. After no responses from emails to Florida Towncar we used Prestige in January with no problems. Our driver on the way back apologized because our original driver couldn't pick us up. The sub was fine though even called ahead to make sure our flight wasn't cancelled due to weather in Michigan. They charged us $80 round trip, dropping us off at AKL and picking us up at Poly.

Having read these boards for several years, I would say that these companies are just like any other, subject to human error! LOL!

There are a few that consistently get bad reviews but overall most of them have good reviews with the occassional horror story thrown in for good measure.

There are a few I would not use just because of some shady advertising practices IMHO, but.....

Agnes, we ended up taking a towncar called Sabro that was sitting at the airport. This driver was looking for his pick-up and said they didn't show up, so he asked who we were looking for I told him 'Prestige', showed him our paper with the confirm# and price. He took us for $90 round trip.
Afterwards my kids (16 & 13) told me they were worried about picking a guy out of the airport. They said he looked a little shady. But everything was fine, he called the hotel the night before to confirm our pick-up time, and arrived 15 minutes early.

The reason we tried Prestige is the price ($80 after $5 off internet coupon) and recommendations from other sites. We used another company before but their fares had gone up quite a bit.
