Will my Universal tickets come in the mail or given at check in?

Probably a silly question...I booked our 2 days at Universal and HRH months and months ago. Will I get tickets in the mail? Or at check in?

I'm so used to Disney with getting Magic Bands in the mail.

If you book a package, you get your tickets when you check into the hotel


If you ordered tickets separate, your confirmation email of that sale will have info of ticket pick up

Thank you. We booked a package, so I guess we will get them at the hotel. One less thing to pack!

Take a good look at your email. It should tell you. Often, the ticket packages have you pick up your tickets at a will call kiosk (at the hotels and parks) and your code will be included in your email.

This is what it says on the booking website ... Redemption Information: We've made it easy to pick up your theme park tickets at our Will Call Kiosks conveniently located at the front of both Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal's Islands of Adventure™. Swipe a credit card matching the lead guest's name listed on the reservation for identity verification only, enter your Reservation Number provided on your E-Travel Document and tickets will print automatically.

At least at Cabana Bay there is a computerized kiosk in the lobby. We just punched our name in and a confirmation code, swiped our credit card and voila! Really convenient.
