Will my timing work?

Originally, I had planned to go to MK on the day we arrive, however, I changed it and now plan to go to EPCOT instead. Test Track and DD favorite ride and hopefully I can get a FP for it. I am also debating on whether to book an ADR at Garden Grill. We've done it the past two times on our arrival day and it just seems fitting to begin our vacation with dinner there. Still trying to decide if it's worth the cost.
We usually drive down, but will be flying down for the first time in October. We have a direct flight and are supposed to land at MCO at noon. I've read it can take 1 1/2-2 hours to get to our resort. Which means we should be at Wilderness Lodge around 2. If everything work, would we be able to be at EPCOT around 4?
If I plan our first FP at 4 for Spaceship Earth and then do a 5:00 FP for Test Track with a 6:00 dinner, am I allowing enough time to get there? I might book another FP for something else and we will probably walk through innoventions and do some of the activities if there aren't long waits. The most important things would be Test Track and Dinner. We will have another full day at EPCOT to see and do all the other stuff.
On the Saturday we arrive, Food and Wine festival will be going on, so I know EPCOT will be busy, but if we just plan to do a few things in future world, it won't be too bad will it?

A. Depends. Can be faster. Sometimes slower.
B. Sounds realistic.
C. Unless there's a TT breakdown, you'll be golden.
D. Sounds great!

Thanks everybody, I thought my plan would work but wanted to get some experts opinions. Hopefully we won't have any travel delays.

Sounds a lot like our first day of our trip....Arrived at MCO at 1230, resort checked in by 3, at Epcot by 4 for Test track and Dinner at 630...It was perfect timing for us.
