Will MVMCP Sell Out on 12/18 or 12/19?

To the MVMCP vets... do any days tend to sell out?

We are planning on going either the 18th or 19th of December. I would prefer to wait until we are there at Disney to buy the tickets and we're sure which night we want to go. But I will buy early if there is a chance of a sell out.

Does anyone remember if any dates sold out last year?

We were at the World last year 12/11-17 and thought we'd wait for a warmer night to go which ended up being toward the end of the week. It was sold out, so buy your tickets ahead of time if you really want to go. We were so disappointed....

We're going on the 15th with some friends and ordered our tickets the first of October. Some other friends tried to get tickets for the same night a few days later, and they were told that the party on the 15th was sold out. It's a Friday night.

That's weird - I just bought tickets a little over a week ago for the 15th with no problem! Maybe your friends should call back?

We went the last 2 party nights last year - can't remember the exact dates. We were there from 12/16 - 12/ 22.We got our tickets early for the first of the 2 nights, and it did sell out. The last party night was sold out but we were staying concierge and they were able to get us tickets! So, I would definitely get them ahead of time ,especially if it's a Friday night. Have fun!

Just an FYI - I just spoke with WDW Ticketing, as I was nervous about my 12/15 MVMCP ticket order, based on the post above. The CM confirmed my order was still correct, and mentioned that no parties in December have sold out as of yet. She said that officially the only party that has been sold out thus far was last Friday's party, the 17th.

Strange. I was told the info second hand, so maybe someone got confused. The couple in question have bought tickets for a different night already. They weren't part of our travel group....just a couple of acquaintances of our friends that happened to be going at the same time, so no worries for us!
