will MDE pick up over sized luggage?

We are planning to take two strollers but only want to take the umbrella stroller on the bus. Will they pick up our stroller from the over-sized luggage area if we have a yellow tag on it? If not, can we have it stored with the other luggage while we ride to the resorts?
