Will La Hacienda substitute out the Chorizo?

DH and I want to get the parrillada la hacienda for two but neither one of us like chorizo! Would they substitute more chicken or beef?

good question! I would like to hope yes, they would

weh ad the other meal for 2 with the scallops, shrimp and mahi mahi - loved it, a tad on the splcy side

Hope someone has tried this!
