The DVC website that is. You would think that by now the IT guru's would be able to make a DVC website that actually works. Went and did online check-in tonight and the section said kept mentioning "client" for checking in as if I was a travel agent checking in for a client. No, this is my username and password checking in for my own family. Then when it got to room requests, the screen went grey and there was nothing to choose from. UGH!

First they lost my banking information last year. Now I am a "client". Somehow I don't really feel too safe entering in my credit card information because if they can't get the website to work for me, a lowly customer, how safe is it from hackers?

Have you tried to go through the normal disneyworld site?

You don't *have to* enter the cc when doing online checkin.
