With the new dress codes on the Magic and Wonder I have a question. I by no means have problems with what anyone else on the ship wears but personally, I like the idea of getting a little dressed up at night. So I will be wearing nice capris, dressier tops and low heals for AP and PC and a cute dress at Tritons. Do you think I will stand out as over dressed?

(I sure hope not because I never have the oppertunity to dress up and I so look forward to my cruise)

NOT AT ALL...

During each dinner we went to, there were a mix of people "dressed up" and "dressed down". I dont think anyone really cared what other people were wearing...I know our group of 11 didnt....

Definitely not. There is a wide variety of dress, and I agree that no one much worries about what others are wearing. And what you are talking about seems right in line with what DCL suggests, you should never feel embarrassed or out of place about that, even if others choose a different route.

I think you will be in the majority....not the minority. I think the jean wearing folks will be in the minority, especially in the summer months. Jeans are just so heavy to pack and to wear, especially in hot weather!!!

If you are on the Magic I am sure that Mickey, Minnie, Donald, & Daisy will still be wearing their formal wear on formal night. :)

There's new dress codes on the Wonder/Magic......???? I would assume less dressy, which, IMO, is a pity.....

Yes, on 5 nights it is a new code, however there is still a formal & semiformal night. :earsboy:

what 5 night cruises? I thought they were only 3,4, and 7

5 nights on the 7 day cruise have the jeans allowed dress code. The other 2 nights are formal.
