We'll be staying at PBH for 3 nights 22-24 May and I can't wait to try Tchoup Chop. When we were at HRH last October, we took a stroll over to RPH, but it still hadn't opened then. :(

The one time we ate at Emeril's we made a reservation months before leaving home. Is it as difficult to get into Tchoup Chop?

Debbie,

I just made a reservation at Tchoup Chop's the other day for May 19. I doubt if it's necessary to have a ressie this far out, but since this is for my son's birthday dinner, I wasn't willing to risk waiting. Better safe than sorry.;)

Hey Debs - I don't know anything about how far in advance you need to be make ressies, but I just wanted to tell you that my boss just got back from PB yesterday. They went over and had dinner one night at Tchoup Chop and they are raving about it. Said it was delish. Make sure you let us know what you think when you get back.

If you know you are going then I would make one. I was trying to get one for next weekend for as few weeks now, the concierge at RP finally was able to get me one for late Sunday night. I think it's getting very popular!!
I also think that Memorial Day weekend, right? So it will be busy!

Thanks, guys. As you say, I think I'll make a reservation just to be on the safe side.

Now then, please tell me all about Memorial Day weekend. Being from the UK, I'm a bit green about these things! How busy will it be?
