We are staying at BLT (2 fast moving adults) and have a 7:30am Kona ressie. I want to make it to Epcot when it opens at 9am...will we make it??

You might have a good chance. A nice perk of the Polynesian is the TTC monorail that takes you straight to Epcot. You don't have to change monorails.

Maybe show up a little before your breakfast adr. I can't imagine it would be terribly crowded at 7:30am. We've eaten here at 8:00am in the past and it wasn't very crowded but I suppose it depends on what time of year you're going. Anyhow, you can walk to the TTC after you eat. It might be cutting it a little close but I bet you can make. So long as you don't have to wait too long for monorail. :thumbsup2

Personally I think you are pushing it. Your within a 1/2 hour time frame, but to be there right at 9am.....a bit zealous. JMO

We don't have to be there RIGHT at opening...as long as it is within the first 15 minutes, I will be happy. I want to ride Soarin and Test Track before it gets crazy. We are going on Sat. Feb. 27th BTW....it isn't really a busy time but not super slow either.

We always book 7:30 ressies for breakfast and always are there before park opening. Kona isn't usually that busy and you have the monorail working to your advantage :)

You should make it for 9am. I would definitely walk to the TTC though. The resort loop goes in the other direction, so you'll have to go all the way around (3 stops) before getting to the TTC. It'll be much faster to walk. And besides, you'll be able to work off some of that Tonga Toast!

You might, but will probably be pushing it. We stayed at the Poly recently, and found that the monorails were not as timely in the morning as they are the rest of the day. We waited 20 minutes just to board to the MK. That being said, you should still make it to Epcot before the ititial lull goes away and the lines get really long.

Well if you walk from the Polynesian to the TTC once your breakfast is finished that will save some time, however you might be pushing it and that's assuming they do not seat you past your 7:30 AM ADR time.

I plan to be there the recommended 15 minutes prior...

When I walk there, is the way clearly marked??

I think you'll be fine. My DH and I had breakfast at Kona in October around 8am and took the monorail to Epcot afterwards arriving just after rope drop. It didn't mess up our usual touring of Epcot at all.

I think you'll be fine...no kids to hang on trying to get them to eat..you can have a leisurely 45 minte breakfast - planty of time for that meal..not like it's a 3 course dinner.
Then stroll over to the monorail and you'll be there in plenty of time.
