Will I lose my dinner reservations?

I booked at the CBR with a free dining pin code about 2 months ago. Since then several other family members decided they will go if free dining is offered. They will look to stay at the Pop Century if possible (pay for the upgrade if need be). If we decide do cancel the CBR reservation and book at the value resort will I lose my dinner resses I already booked. I did the resses online and linked them to the room reservation #.

If you change your room reservation it will not cancel or alter any of your restaurant reservations you have already made.
