Disney World is like fruitcake you either LOVE it or hate it. But you should at least try it once. You say you loved it as a child then I bet you still will….after all everyone is a child at Disney!

Fruitcake?? In my mind it is a three tiered triple chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache dripping down the sides and covered in fresh strawberries

To the OP: I think you/ve picked a great week to go. I'm sure WDW has changed SOME since you were there as a child, but that just means you'll find more magic than ever. Watching the joy and magic of Disney through the eyes of your children is something you'll never forget! Have a great trip!

LOL!!! by the fruitcake analogy I was referring to loving or hating something…Disney is SOOOOO much better then fruitcake (I am one of the ones that HATE it, but I love DW)

Gees now thanks to you I am graving cake and the closest thing I have here is a hostess cupcake

Does "Pooh like Honey" . I think that you will like it once you get there. If you don't like rides they have alot of good shows. HISTA,FTLK,ITTBAB and list goes on. So go and enjoy your vaction with your sons, and I bet you will come back on here and say that you can't wait to go back .(We all do!!!) Danny

I also hate crowds and I just started going to Disney this year at age 39....now I'm hooked! I found myself doing and participating in things that I could never do at home or without medication.

The magic just gets inside you...I was actually talking to strangers and my fiance was so proud of me!

Please go with an open mind...I'm so glad I did. I fell in love with it all and look forward to my wedding there and a lifetime of memories as we continue to visit.
