We are staying at pop in feb. and have an 8:05 breakfast ADR at 1900 pf at the gf. Will we be able to make it there on time using Disney buses?

Yes, the buses will begin running at 6:30. You'll have to take the bus to MK and then the monorail or ferry to GF. Or you could just take a cab and shave about an hour off your transit time.
