Will I get penalized for this?

I am having to adjust our PSB breakfast because none of the guys in our group want to go. So DH offered to take DD1 with him when we all go to eat breakfast. I would like for her to be with us, but I am worried she might be getting cranky at that time and would do better wandering around WS with the guys. Will I get penalized for saying that she is coming and then not bringing her since I know they will charge a no show rate? And does her reservation take the slot away from someone else if she is not being charged to eat anyway? With her, there will be 6 of us at the breakfast, if that will affect anything.

As long as your party shows up, there will be no charge for a missing eater. Everyone is allowed to get "sick" and stay in the room so to speak, so one person missing from your party wont be a problem.

Don't worry - go enjoy yourselves.

I don't think you need to worry that it would affect someone else not getting a spot. I imagine the tables for 6 are the same that they use for 5, so it's not like they would be holding a larger table than needed if she doesn't end up going with you.

I believe PSB is a prepaid/credit card hold reservation. As such, in general, they do reserve the right to charge you for anyone who does not show. Now, will they actually do that if the rest of the party shows? Who knows...

However, in this particular case I am not sure it would be an issue. Since your DD is only 1 year of age, she wasn't paid for anyways. As such, there is nothing already charged for her spot.
