Just now planning a trip in early May after my DH comes back from 18 months in Afghanistan. We will be moving away and won't be in driving distance of Disney anymore, and my kids (DS-13 and DD 10) are getting older so this will likely be our Good Bye for Now Disney trip.
So i want to try all the things we haven't been to yet, and those are mostly the Signature dinners.
So here is my plan we are staying at the Boardwalk Inn.
Drive in night we will grab dinner at Big River Grille
HS Day - Breakfast at Kouzzina Lunch at Sci Fi and Dinner at Brown Derby
MK Day - Lunch at Liberty Tree and Dinner - California Grill
AK Day - Lunch at Tusker Hosue and Dinner at Flying Fish
Epcot Day : Lunch at Coral Reef and Dinner at Bistro (this will be Mother's Day and hubby has missed 3 Mother's Day in a row, want a good one and I am a little shaky about Bistro)
Drive away day Lunch is Saana
The four of us love seafood and steaks and the only thing we didn't like about the normal dining plan is when they removed appetizers because we LOVE some appetizers. So I am pretty sure this is the right choice for us, but would love some feedback.
