The phone app will let you but the website won't let you hold two ADRs for the same meal slot.

As long as Beaches and Cream is an hour after Via Napoli. So you could eat at Via Napoli at 12:00 and Beaches and Cream anytime after 1:00. It wont let you do it right at 1:00 but 1:05 or after.

I would shoot for 3 hours later - only because you'll probably be so full from Via Napoli, you may not have room for ice cream lol!
