Will Hotels tell you if a convention is booked there?

I have heard mixed reviews about staying at a hotel when there is a convention. On one hand the pools etc will be quiet during the day but nights tend to get noisy is what I heard. We are thinking of Coronado Springs and we already know that the rooms are booked for the first 2 weeks we tried. My guess is there is a convention. We finally booked out teip and now I am wondeing if there is a convention scheduled then also. Will they tell me if I call?? Should I even bother. Has anyone stayed in this hotel with a convention? Good? Bad???

The resorts don't tell you what conventions are going to be at a hotel. Hope this saves you a phone call!

I entered - "Coronado Springs" and convention and 2005 - and it came up with several hits. See if any of them match your dates...

I called today with that same questions. She did not have that info but gave me a number for conventions: 407-939-1020. I haven't gotten around to calling yet, but they may be able to tell you.

They dont like to tell you there for sure because it keeps some people from staying there . It kept me many times from staying there. Then when I did I wished I didnt . This hotel and I just dont mix well .
