They are not trying hard enough to cover Grace's pregnancy in the show - it's so noticable!

It's pretty funny isn't it, how we're just all supposed to ignore it!

I wonder why they didn't use it in the show. By the way, are she and Leo still married?

I love it when they do that, they give the viewer enough credit that we can just overlook it. They have made a few weight jokes that I've heard now. I have a couple recorded I haven't watched yet, so I am wondering too if she and Leo are still married?

Do you remember when Julia Louis Dreyfus was pregnant on Seinfield and she carried that big huge purse for ever... where ever she went... I thought they would do that will Grace, but they obvouisly aren't trying to hide anything.

Plus her face has gotten more puffy. We all know she is pregnant in real life. I wish they could have figured out a way to cover it up better, or incorporate it into the storyline.

I agree. It's been so obvious and, they make these, literally, VEILED attempts at hiding the fact in one shot and, then the next, a big butterball tummy! LOL

I have heard a few remarks made by Jack, saying that "her husband left her", "deserted her", stuff like that but, no real answer, that I know of.

I know. I was noticing how big her face was. I didn't get to see the whole thing, so I didn't see her tummy.

It was pretty ridiculous. They'd have her sitting down and then standing where she was kind of behind a counter in one scene and then in another scene when she was talking to Will, instead of just showing her from the neck up, they had a full side view. She was so obviously pregnant...

I don't know which is worse - contrived ways to hide the pregnancy or when they aren't even trying at all.

I like that they don't try to hide it. We all know she is pregnant so why hide it. I think it is part of the comedy that they try to hide it sometimes.
