Will Garden Grill have Characters at 3:40?

We have a CP dinner package for the 28th at the Garden Grill. Normally dinner hours start at 4:30. Characters are at dinner only. For the CP dinner package we will have passes to the 6:45 show and our meal is at 3:40 which is listed as dinner. Will we have characters?

Yes, because they don't serve lunch at all. Garden Grill serves only dinner, and it is a character meal.
