Will Disney Keep Giving Developer Points?

I read from these boards that SSR and the first stage of AKV are "sold out." So, can we expect this flood of developer points to wind down. I would not think Disney could continue to offer points without the excess room to accommodate folks. I know I don't want to be competing with new owners for space because they have bought (been sold) points in resorts not ready for occupancy.

if what they brought isn't open - then yes DVC will continue to give developer points.

If these developer points can be used at sold-out resorts, then Disney would be selling (giving) space they don't own. It would seem to me that developer points could be given only out of Disney-owned inventory.
