Will Disney change the times for Wishes and add a 2nd electric parade wk of Easter?

In the past years did the MK have 2 electric light parades the week of Easter? Our band is going that week and is marching at the MK on 4/9 before the electric parade but the band leader said last night that it will be at 8:45. Looking at the schedules that are out Wishes is at 9 and the parade (just 1) at 10:15. Just wondering if they will add another parade. I know when we are there in the summer they have one before wishes then one after.
