Will Disney be busy this time of year?

I have seen posts all over the place regarding the crowds from 6/23 to 7/1. I have a few friends that went last year & told me the crowds weren't too bad. Some posts I see say this is the WORST time of the year. Any advise?

If some children are still in school at this time it may be ok...but a good rule of thumb is avoid holidays....At 7/1 for a leave date you may be ok....but remember 4th of July is a big one at WDW
