Will Concierge at Poly deliver a "gift" to my room?

Hi, i am thinking i would like to have a stuffed animal delivered to my room for my dd when we arrive at the Poly (We are staying concierge in the hawaii building) - I would love some kind of poly themed Mickey or Minnie or lilo .. do they have any of these in the poly gift shop? And the bigger question, can i call conciege and buy it, then have it delivered to be in my room when we get there? Will they do that??

Hi I have had the Poly Concierge buy gifts for me and have them in the room for the kids. I contacted the planning office and they asked what I wanted took my credit card number and had it waiting in the room for us with a little card from a character. I have also had had this done the same way at the Yacht club concierge and the Animal kingdom. Asked for it at the BWI concierge and the totaly screwed up and handed me a bag with the gift in it and the kids standing there the day after we checked in.

Well concierge can definately purchase the items for you, but having it in your room prior to you opening the door is something you should confirm with them. The issue can arise since the room may be release by housekeeping just prior to you being assigned the room by concierge staff leaving them no time to get the gifts to the room.

We did this last time and had a stuff princess dolls, coloring/marker set...they also added some light snacks-candy, autographed photos of our girls favorite princess in a nice Disney folder and wrapped it all up in a beach bucket with colorful bows.

Well, it wouldn't have to be there RIGHT when we check in.. since we are planning on going over to the MK for the rest of the night.. as long as it was there when we get back at night after wishes.. That seems like it would leave them at least 6-8 hours...

YC's IPO (pre planning for concierge guests) shopped for me at DTD and had everything in our room when we arrived! It was wonderful!
