We have already purchased the AP and are going in May. Do we all need to be present to get our passes? My daughter and I are going to the princess tea party and my DH and other DD are going to Epcot on our first day there. We will meet up for dinner. Can they use the will call number to get their passes in the morning, and we will use the same number to get our passes later in the afternoon? Now I think I should have had the vouchers instead of a will call number.

All must be present and adults (ages 18 +) need to show a photo id with the same address as the member. You will also need your DVC Member ID card.

Is there any way for me to purchase the vouchers now? I was never asked when I bought them over the phone.

There is really no difference between having a will call number and a voucher. They are both the receipt number you get via email when you buy an AP in advance that you use to get the the APs when you arrive. Your question is simply whether when you have bought multiple APs in one transaction with one receipt number in advance can the group pick them up at different times in the day when you arrive. I have not done that and don't know the answer and you may want to consider calling Disney to find out.

when we order APs I have them sent to me ( $5) charge. We always received green cards as vouchers. I like having them ahead of time.:cool1:
