Will Call tickets...

Has anyone here done will call and used the machine thingy they show on the universal website to print your tickets??
How does it work-is it pretty simple? Any problems?
So if I buy my tickets now they just sit in limbo until I can get there mid-oct??
I see it only 2 bucks as opposed to 17.00 for international shipping..

I have not used it yet, but I bought my tickets several months ago and will use them in October. From what I understand, its very simple to use, just make sure you have the credit card you bought them with and your confirmation # when you get to the park! The online prices are great!!

I used it last year and have just ordered more to be picked up next month. REMEMBER to take the credit card AND the res. #, you will need both to get it from the machine. Last year, our machine printed out 3 good tickets and 1 that wouldn't scan. DH had to stand in line at the cust. service booth to get it fixed. It was a bummer, but really only took about 15 extra minutes.

We used it last week for tickets I order about a month and a half ago. I was a bit nervous about it, but couldn't see paying for the shipping.

It was very simple; I just punched in my conf # and swiped my credit card. There was no line at all (there were several machines), and they had someone there helping anyone that had problems or questions.

Have to use this on Sat for the first time - thanks for the info - where are the machines located at USF entrance? - that's the park we're starting at!

I've done it twice and had no problems at all. It's very simple. As stated, just remember to bring the credit card you used to purchase the tickets AND the reservation #.

It is very easy!

I have used it. Or I was suppose to. The night before we left for Florida my husband lost his wallet and we had to cancel all our credit cards. Including the one we needed to get our Universal tickets from the will call machine.

It was not a problem. Just went to guest services and showed my ID and they printed out the tickets for us.
