Will Call Question?

I made a purchase for some Horror Night Tickets. Chosing to pick them up at the Will Call Machines. Can anyone go through the process for me on what I'll need to do here. I understand I need to bring Card and confirmation number. But even through it tells you to bring your credit card along will I be required to tap in my Pin Number for authorisation purposes? Because I don't know it for this particular card.
