Will Call at DTD and TIW Card too?

It's been quite a while since I did will call at DTD. Is there a Guest Relations on the West Side and East Side as there used to be?

May I also purchase a TIW card there?

You can purchase a TiW card at any Guest Relations location. There are guest relations at all parks (including Water Parks & IG @ Epcot), TTC and DTD. At DTD, Guest Relations can be found next to the now closed Team Mickey store and at DisneyQuest.
