Yes, the Wave has both a buffet and a la carte breakfast menu. Eggs made-to-order can be requested for people who purchase the buffet.....because there is a kitchen.no I have no difficulty with that - you seem to have difficulty with the Wave have an a la cart menu and a buffet something other restaurants like 1900 park faire does not have. Therefore the experience at the Wave is not necessarily the same as other buffet restaurants which do not have a la cart menus in addition to the buffet.
I have eaten at the Wave. I enjoyed it because I can order a la cart while my husband can get the buffet. But the OP asked about 1900 Park Fare and not the Wave.
As for Rusty Scuppers knowledge base, he has often stated things as "fact" which are simply not true. His knowledge in many areas is dubious at best and should be taken with a grain of salt and not as gospel.
And while it is also true that 1900 Park Fare does not have an a la carte menu - they still have a kitchen where food is prepared. How do we know they have a kitchen where food is prepared - because there are 50 items to select from on the buffet and little come from cans and/or cartons.....including the infamous Lobster Eggs Benedict - which are made from whole eggs.
More plainly, you are continuously arguing that despite Disney doing their best to meet customer expectations in virtually any way possible (i.e., Chefs coming to your table to discuss dietary needs), and despite a kitchen that I can promise has whole eggs (see: Eggs Benedict), and despite multiple examples of folks giving first- and second-hand knowledge of being able to get eggs made-to-order at multiple other places with buffets (with or without an a la carte menu) - nobody really knows for sure if made-to-order eggs are available at 1900 Park Fare.....despite a made-to-order omelette station and whole eggs in the kitchen.
I'm more optimistic.
