Does anyone know if Bluey the dog will be at Disney parks meeting guests?
Will Bluey the dog be on the show at Hollywood Studios Disney Junior play and dance?
Does anyone know if Bluey the dog will sail with DCL?

Disney does not own the theme park rights to Bluey, so no to all of those questions. They only own the streaming/broadcasting rights. BBC owns the merchandising rights.

Disney does not actually own Bluey, but they show the program on their channels. There may be rights issues involved.

I seen it on Disney plus I was just wondering when Bluey would be in parks and cruises I didn't know that Disney doesn't own Bluey and Bluey is owned by the BBC.

It would be cool if they did secure the rights - it would no doubt be popular. I'm sure there would be additional cost involved and Disney might not see it as driving revenue, so I doubt it would happen. You never know though.
