Will Bell Services still accept grocery deliveries for you and refrigerate cold items?

I've got a trip this Saturday to Bay Lake Tower. I believe I read somewhere that Bell Services accepting deliveries that require refrigeration has become hit or miss. Does anyone know if this is accurate? We usually instacart an order to get there a little before we will so that our food and such is ready when we check into the hotel. Thanks in advance!

I think the new rule was related to alcohol but would still be accepting refrigerated items.

We do this often, and Disney resorts will refrigerate items at Bell. However, be sure the grocery store separates the items and marks them with your info, and 'refrigerate' (or something similar), so a cast member knows what bag (or bags) needs refrigerating.

We did it last week at Copper Creek, fairly big order with several bags of cold stuff. They handled it without a hitch. Such a great service, really makes your villa feel like home to be able to stock it with food and snacks.

They will not handle refrigerated items when transferring resorts.

They did for us at Copper Creek a couple weeks ago. I was outside waiting and no idea how I missed the delivery person, but it was taken to Bell Services. When I picked it up, they had put all my stuff in the fridge that needed to be. As well as my ice cream in the freezer. They actually initially forgot to give it to me and I had to go back down and they looked in the system and said "oops, yes, there was something in the freezer - we will go grab that for you."
