Rancho Del Zocalo?
My thoughts exactlySince it has a large outdoor area with seating, I'm wondering if they are planning to use it as a mask free "relaxation station." I'd speculate the same about Hungry Bear.

Out of curiosity (because I know all we know about relaxation stations is from WDW and I know nothing), are people able to eat in these "relaxation stations"? How do they prevent it if not?
Okay, great. This is good to hear.Yes, eating is permitted in the relaxation stations. My understanding based on WDW is:
(1) Outside relaxation station, mask can only come off for active eating or drinking and, under the new relaxed rules, to take a picture if more than 6 feet away from anyone else;
(2) Inside relaxation station, can keep mask off for any reason, regardless of whether eating or drinking, with the idea that you are supposed to be a safe distance away from others.
There are capacity limits to the relaxation stations, so I assume they wouldn't want people to linger forever while eating, but I assume as long as you are respectful of people potentially waiting, you can bring your meal in to eat.

It seems utterly ridiculous that it wouldn't be if indoor dining and outdoor dining are allowed. How is different?I haven’t seen anything official that DLR will even be offering relaxation stations. Has anyone else? I wonder if they are even permitted under the state’s theme park guidelines.

Why is something starred out in the subject? Did you intentionally use asterisks?
Then why didn't he just say "Will Rancho Del Zocalo be open?"? I'm so confused!I think it is supposed to read as "Will BLANK be open". eg Will Space Mountain be open or Will blue bayou be open, etc.

See and I can live with that. To be fully honest, I don't even really think Disney HAS a big enough indoor unused space. Maybe in DCA but not really in Disneyland Park. Only one I can really think of is Golden Horseshoe, and even that isn't hugeThe California Department of Publich Health theme park guidelines refer to the Mask Guidance in defining the requirements for mask wearing:
"Consult the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Guidance on the Use of Face Coverings, which mandates the use of face coverings for both members of the public and employees in all public and workplace settings outside the home. Complete details, including all requirements and exemptions to these rules, can be found in the guidance, which should be checked periodically for updates."
The mask guidance, in turn, has an exemption for outdoors when more than 6 feet of distance can be maintained:
Individuals are exempt from wearing face coverings in the following specific settings:
- Persons in a car alone or solely with members of their own household.
- Persons who are working in an office or in a room alone.
- Persons who are actively eating or drinking provided that they are able to maintain a distance of at least six feet away from persons who are not members of the same household or residence.
- Persons who are outdoors and maintaining at least 6 feet of social distancing from others not in their household. Such persons must have a face covering with them at all times and must put it on if they are within 6 feet of others who are not in their household.
- Persons who are obtaining a service involving the nose or face for which temporary removal of the face covering is necessary to perform the service.
- Workers who are required to wear respiratory protection.
- Persons who are specifically exempted from wearing face coverings by other CDPH guidance.
Reading these two together, outdoor relaxation stations are fine, so long as they're designed with more than six feet of distance. I think WDW has indoor relaxation stations, which I don't believe would be allowed in California. I can't imagine that DL would be planning to open in a way that requires people to wear a mask continuously for 12 hours except when eating or drinking.
When we were at WDW, the areas never got busy enough for them to worry about it, but we were told if they reached capacity there was a 15 to 20 minute limit per party, regardless of eating or drinking.Yes, eating is permitted in the relaxation stations. My understanding based on WDW is:

Actually, reports.are that they are going to be doing something with Coco near Rancho and utilizing the seating area for that.Since it has a large outdoor area with seating, I'm wondering if they are planning to use it as a mask free "relaxation station." I'd speculate the same about Hungry Bear.
Noooooooooooo! I need my sourdough! Some of the locations, like the Boudin Bakery aren't opening because of technical issues cause by being closed for over a year.
