Will BCV store our cold groceries upon checkin?

We're assuming our room won't be ready upon checkin. Will they be able to store our cold groceries from Publix? I'm guessing that all we will have to do is make sure they are packed in a separate bag. Anything else I should know?

Yes they will store it for you and deliver it to your room when you are ready. Make sure to pack the cold things in a separate bag, like you said and point out to the bellperson which should go into cold storage.

They will also store cold packages for you on check out too. Our flight didn't leave until that evening, so we packed a picnic lunch and they kept it cold for us until our car service picked us up at 4.
