Will BCV price through Disney go up in the New Year?

Just wondering. I know it is currently at $104 per point. Wondering if it will go up in January?

Historically, BCV has gone up in January. I was wondering if anyone has heard if it is going up again this January.

Why would it go up?

Because Disney has a waiting list of people who want BCV points so... supply and demand. Most of the sold-out resorts go up in price each year but BCV has increased more than the others.

For example, in June of 2005 it went up from $92 to $95 per point. Increases since then put the price up to $98/pt and then in the past year there was a $6 increase to $104/pt. And given that they don't offer incentives on BCV, it's actually more expensive than AKV even though BCV contracts expire on Jan 31, 2042 and AKV contracts expire on Jan 31, 2057!

Yesterday my guide told me pricing for all resorts will go up to $112 on Jan 15. It was in context of talking about VGC, so I didn't think to get more clarity as to weather that included 'closed sales' resorts like BCV. My assumption was that it did.

If anyone plans on talking to their guide today, it would be great if you could get clarification and post here...
