Will April/May park hours be out in time to make my ADR's?

I am a little confused with the new changes that are being made to the ADR system. I am just looking over restaurnts right now and trying to decide where and when. According to the 180 make I can make my ADR's on Oct 24 my question is will April and May's park hours be posted by then? Also, I believe that I read somwhere that the system would be reverting back to the 90 day ADR mark. Can anybody give me a little insight on this?

Will hours be up? Hopefully by that late in the month of October, April's hours will be posted. Who knows how long you might have to wait for May's hours. Depending on how much of your vacation falls in April and in May, you may know pretty well which park you will be in without hours. I would make ADRs without knowing hours, and then just change things around if you need to. That is what I did when January hours came out.

Maybe someone else knows more about the change to the system and the 90 days. It doesn't affect me, so I haven't paid much attention.
