I really want to have lunch here on one day of our trip, but I know it's a seasonal joint, does anyone know if it will be open in feb/march?
Thanks!
If anyone can tell me about the food there I'd be grateful!

Dont know if it will be open every day during low season but its worth trying. The food there is really nice and there are some good pics on the restaurant thread

i also want to try this. im hoping if i ring they can give me a list of restaraunts closed during my trip as im thinking of getting half board vouchers but wouldnt be great value if where i want to eat is closed lol

We had dinner there last week - I'm not sure if it was open for lunch as when DH went to ask what time it closed, it looked a bit deserted. We ate at about five o'clock after being told it closed at six, but they were still letting people in as we were leaving at around six.

The food there was delicious - loads of choice for both meat eaters and veggies. On the cold counter there were rice dishes, cous cous, different salads, pasta, vegetable mixes, olives and hoummous. The hot dishes were lovely - a spicy lamb casserole, chicken in a sauce, a fish dish in a lovely sauce, pitta bread, mousaka, vege lasagne.

For dessert there was a fruity flan, a very rich chocolate mousse, oranges in cinnamon, fruit salad, coconut cake and an apple tart.

Needless to say, we came out barely able to move! Oh, and it was 25 Euros each which was covered by our half board plus vouchers.

Fantastic that's great news, this is definitely going to be on our list!

We ate here in the summer, the food was lovely and the theming is :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I was able to book Lunch for the 4th of Feb, so it looks like they're open at least one day a week.

Looking forward to seeing this fabled restaurant's theming as much as I am eating there!

yes thats when im there!!!

We had a look in here at Christmas as it was the first time I'd seen it open. The theming is absolutely beautiful but we decided not to eat there as there was very little our rather fussy children would have wanted to eat. Maybe one day.

I've been Feb, Oct and Nov and i have yet to see it open. I would love to eat here as well.

Hi, I am going next week and have lunch booked for 1pm on wednesday, he didn't say it was closed at all. He did say however that Plaza gardens is closed for a big refurb not sure when till though as I just know it is closed next week :-(

I had no idea that you could reserve this restaurant in advance, thanks for the info folks.
Still not 100% sure where we will be eating but we do seem to make most use of the buffets and this is very appealing as the choice seems to be completely different from any of the others and the setting looks lovely too. One of my favourite pieces in the whole park is that fabulous blue chandelier in Adventureland - it's so exotic, I'm hoping the restaurant will give off the same feeling. :)
