Will a water filter remove the water's sulfur taste?

Not sure if this is the best place to post, but here goes...

I was looking at one of those bottles with the little filter in the spout to save on waste and money for our trip in December. Will it remove all (or at least most) or the sulfur taste. I am pretty picky about my water, but we just can't afford 3 or 4 bottles for each family member every day for a week! I've read some TS restaurants filter their water, but most CS ones don't?????

Specifically, we were looking at the pure water 2go bottles. Anyone have any experience with these or something similar? Thanks so much!

I can only speak from my experience here at school - the water is very sulfery (sp?) and I find my Brita filter pretty much takes that taste away so I'm assuming any water filter could take that taste away.

I always use my Brita bottle in Disney. It works great for removing the sulfur-y taste.

It definately helps but I don't think it takes the sulfur taste completely away

Thanks! Maybe we'll give it a try. DH isn't nearly as picky as I am, so maybe it'll at least work for him and maybe I"ll be surprised. Anyone know where I can get the Brita ones? They don't sell them anymore. Or any experiences with another kind that is currently available? TIA!

Brita filter worked great for us during our trip in December and I am definately picky about water! Saved us a ton of money on bottled water.

I was looking at this site (purewater)
It has a level 2 filter that is suppose to take out bad tastes.

I'm need to get one of those for Magic kingdom. That park has the worst water.

I find that while its not as good as bottled water, the water in the fountains at EPCOT/MGM/AK is ok to drink.

I wonder if the fountains in the 'newer' parks have filters and MK doesn't. Not great filters though.

You could also throw in some of those Crystal Light packets and then you can't taste it at all.

We sometimes pick up a case of bottled water at a local grocery store in order to avoid the $$ of the bottles on property. Obviously this is easier to do if you have a car or are getting a private ride from the airport, but you could also have groceries delivered to the hotel. A little extreme I suppose, but it is better than drinking the awful Florida water! It really does make me sick to my stomach - even as ice cubes in a soda!

We recently used the Pure Water 2Go bottles. It has a carbon filter and is supposed to remove all the bad stuff including chlorine and lead. I'm also picky about my water and thought it tasted great. I got them at pure water 2go . com. (obviously no spaces in the address) Back in January they were buy 2 get one free.
