Will a split stay mess up getting all our fastpasses?

Will a split stay...1 night at 1BR SSR villa and then move to a 2BR SSR villa for another 7 nights...mess us up in getting all our fastpasses at 60+ days?

I had a 3 way split stay with my first FP window opening a week ago, and was able to book for all 3 resorts that morning. I think the inability to book all days of a split stay when the first window opened was a short lived “glitch” of sorts with one of the sweeping FP updates.
