Can I get some feedback on best floor/room to request for best view etc. at Wilderness Lodge?? We'll be going April 25. Thanks for any info.

The Unofficial Guide to WDW states that the better rooms are on the 4,5 and 6 toward the open end of the V (WL shaped like a very blocky V).
4000 to 4003,4169,500 to 5003,5166 to 5169,6000 to 6003 and 6166 to 6169 - dirrect frontal view of lake.

4005 to 4023,4147 to 4165,5005 to 5023,5147 to5165,6005 to6023 and 6147 to 6165 face courtyard.

even number rooms 5004 to 5030 and 6004 to 6030 - front a woods to the northwest of the lodge/MK.

odd # 5035 to 5041,5123 to 29,6035 to 6041 and 6123 to 6129 distant view lake, pools, garden.

book states the best rooms are odd #ed rooms 2531 to 2563 and 3531 to 3563.

We were in a courtyard room which overlooked the villa's and quiet pool. It was pretty.

We stayed at the WL in Dec 2002 & we had a "Woods" view room. Thru the trees you could catch a glimpse of the Bay. We also had a nice pond outside our room where there were many different little animals - but we really loved the mallard duck with her little babies! Our room was very quiet & relaxing - made me feel like I was in a lodge in Wyoming. I think they have many different views that would be great - good luck deciding!
