Wilderness lodge

I read the long post already on here about wilderness lodge. I just would like to know if any noise or construction mess is experienced from guests still or in the next month. I am going in August and I am hoping that the construction is either done or can't be seen or heard.

I don't the the Wilderness Lodge is in for serious construction. It sounds like an overhaul of room, soft furnishings, etc. I don't think it's going to impact us very much at all.

I was at SSR when they were doing a similar rehab and I never heard a thing!

I am headed there in 6 days!!!!
From reports coming in, most guests are not disturbed by the construction noise. If they are, WL CM's will do their best to move you to a different location. Disney does their best to "hide" construction projects, and I think this is the case with this project. I am not worried at all about construction.
And, when you go in August, they will be doing work on the South Wing, so you could just make a request for North Wing and be away from the noise and get a new room!

We vacationed there for nine nights this past May. They were working on our floor. We never heard a thing. If there hadn't been signs about it on the way to the elevator, we wouldn't have known about it.
