okay to answer your questions:

I haven't stayed there in a year, but when I was there, the bus service was the same as everywhere-overcrowded. They would pick up at WL and then go to the GF and they would almost all have to stand!! I'm not sure but I've heard that the busses have improved.

There is a boat that goes to MK and its really fast and convenient. Getting to Epcot and AK wasn't too bad, it just wasn't super fast.

Also, you can see (shoot i forgot what its called) the parade on the lagoon, and the MK fireworks. Actually, we could see the fireworks from our balcony. =)

I have another question, does Disney decorate it's resorts for Halloween? I know that they do for Christmas, but what abot Halloween?

yeah! We stayed there and it was like the best time of my life!!!!!! I have two brothers and they are pretty far apart in age and they both found things to do..it is great for the whole family!!! it is soooooooo fun i would totaly recommend goin there!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! so have fun id u go!
