Wilderness Lodge transport

I'm just wondering, I know WL is out of the way of everything besides MK, but does it stop at any other MK resorts while on the bus to epcot, AK, DD, and HS? Can you tell me where else it stops when going to each park? Thank you! PS- I already know what the route is on the boat to MK.

The only place I've ever stopped at on the bus on the way to anything else was at Ft. Wilderness. All of that is subject to change of course.

• DTD bus stops at GF.
• Epcot bus stops at FtW.
• DHS & DAK stop at FtW during the day. Not sure where they stop in the a.m.: either FtW or GF.
• MK bus is direct non-stop. (You have choice of boat or bus to MK.)

I have stayed at WL 2x and it is not "out of the way" for anything. It's very close to the CR. You could walk between the two if the lake wasn't there. WL has excellent transportation to all the parks. There is a boat to MK and buses to everything else. If you want the "cool" factor, you can take the boat to CR and monorail to Epcot. (Normally, the travel time is longer this way.) Depending on the bus route, WL normally shares with GF or FW.

I have stayed at WL too and yes, it can be an EXTREMELY long ride to AK, DTD and HS.

we often rent a car but when taking the bus from VWL it's never taken more than 30 min (usually less) to get anywhere

When we stayed at WL this past February the bus to HS stopped at GF first but stopped at WL first on the return trip. The bus to AK stopped at FW first but we saw a second AK bus head off to GF. The bus to Epcot stopped at FW first.
